Sometimes I'm just an ugly person.  And I can't help it.  I can sit there watching and listening to myself and go, "Shit, self, you're being kind of an ugly person. Can you cut it out?" And self just bitchslaps me and goes right on being ugly.

Not sure what to do about this. Except hope my friends, family, and coworkers can keep on loving me anyway.
